Including Item Name Field with filter in AX 7 Form.
1. Create Query with following highlighted data sources. Make sure to put range for languageid in EcoResProduct Translation table as below screen shot
2. Link above query with form. In Form Properties select Query Name in Data Source Query property
3. Create a Custom form like below with data sources highlighted below
4. Output with filter product name
