Hi,
Upgrade or Update D365 to the latest platform update.

1.      Complete all changes in DEV.

2.      Do one Full build without error DEV

3.      Create Full model package in DEV

4.      Apply full model package to UAT to keep DEV and UAT the same.

5.      Import Latest platform update to asset library

Import the platform update package

Platform update packages are released by Microsoft and can be imported from the Shared asset library in Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS). Dynamics 365 packages are currently prefixed with Finance and Operations Platform Update (for example, Finance and Operations Platform Update 3). Use these steps to import the platform update package:

1.      Go to your LCS project's Asset library.

2.      On the Software deployable package tab, click Import to create a reference to the platform update package. 

3.      Select the desired platform update package.

6.      Apply downloaded packageDEV and then if it gone well, apply the same to UAT.
