Hi,
Admin Access in SharePoint 2010
Step 1. Go to Root Page --> Site Actions -> Site Permissions
Step 2: Choose Settings→Site Collection Administrators.
Step 3: Provide access to users who wants admin access to all folder and sites in the sharepoint.
