Request: Create new Petty Cash Journal. Including the set-up of voucher series AX 2012.


Solution: Create a new Journal Name in General Ledger

Step 1: We need to create Voucher Series in number sequence for this journal first.

Go to Org Admin à Common à Number sequences à New à Number Sequence





Step 2: Go to General Ledger à Setup à


Click New and set up the parameters as you want per company
