Single Item Database Consistency Check in Dynamics 365

1. Use this form to check the internal structure and integrity of the database tables for a module.

2. Sometimes to fix the issue of Item’s stock on hand information (InventSum) was different from the sum of the inventory transactions (InventTrans)

Go to System Admin -->Database --> Consistency check

1. Search for Stock Management in module filter

2. Tick the check box Stock management

3. Right click on the item highlighted area

4. Then select Dialogue for item filter below screen opens up

Enter Item number to check or fix.

First Select Check and find the errors and Select Fix to fix those errors

Results: Stock on Hand for Item’s Particular Batch

Note: We can apply consistency if any negative quantities in stock on-hand this will rectify the negative values from on-hand fields.
