Sales order lines UnPick and UnReserve Scenario in Warehouse Management - D365 FO

Some time user wants to UnPick and UnReseve Stock which is already released to warehouse.

Let’s see how we can achieve it.

Create a Sales order and Release it to warehouse.

Line Quantity Before Un-Reserve

Navigate to Warehouse Management > All work, Filter for the Sales order

Filter for the sales order and Complete the work via mobile device or work screen itself to pick the quantity and Click the Load ID

Sales line Quantity Before Un-Pick (so warehouse worker picked the quantity and kept in baydoor location as per work completion.)

Filter for the lines to UnPick in the Load Screen and Click the Reduced Picked Quantity

In Reduce Pick quantity Screen

1. Enter Move to Location as UnPick Location i.e. where you want to move stock in warehouse. It could be any location. In my case I have created Separate dummy Location called UnPick to Swap the stock.

2. Check the Reduce load line quantity

3. Enter Stock Quantity to unPick.

4. Click OK

After Un-Pick Work will be cancelled

So Again, Sales Line Status changed to Physical Reserved.

Now you can Un-Reserve the Stock for this item.

Search for Item and Go to Stock à Maintain à Reservation. This will give reservation dimensions for item.

Remove the reservation quantity in Reservation screen

Sales line quantity After Un-Reserve So Stock is Un-Reserved from this sales order
