Understanding on-hand and reservations for WMS controlled items  in D365FO (On-hand Field Description)

Field	Description
Item number	Identifies the item.
Product name	Description of the item on the line.
Physical inventory	Physical quantity in the inventory. Total available quantities in physical.
Physical reserved	Total quantity of the item that was physically reserved for the dimension. Quantities reserved in Sales Order.
Available physical	Available quantity (not reserved) from the physical inventory. (Physical inventory - Physical reserved)
Ordered in total	Total quantities in open Purchase Order (did not received yet)
On order	Quantity in open Sales Order (did not delivered yet)
Ordered reserved	Quantities reserved from Purchase Order (did not received yet) This on-hand is displayed when a Sales Order is connected to a Purchase Order via the “direct delivery” or “purchase order” buttons within the Sales Order form. Items that fall into this bucket are not physically available in inventory. As a result, these items cannot be freely picked or delivered to be used on any open Sales Order. If the direct delivery button was used then upon receiving the linked Purchase Order, the Sales Order will change to Delivered and the on-hand for this column will be removed, as the inventory was shipped directly to the customer. If the purchase order button was used, then upon receiving the Purchase Order the on-hand values will move from Ordered Reserved to Physical Reserved as this product has been reserved within the warehouse for a specific customer on a specific Sales Order.
Total available	Total available quantity of an item.
Warehouse	Warehouse in which store the items.
Location	Location inside a warehouse.
Batch number	Batch number of an item.
Inventory Status	Inventory visibility is a view of stock levels. 01 is stock available and 00 is stock unavailable.
