D365FO - Cleared usage data and Form personalization

Issue: User having issues inputting data on Counting Journal.

also facing issues saving set up when I add fields to my counting journal.

On top of that I am not able to input any data.

Solution: 

1. Cleared usage data and Given Form personalization solution but not worked

OR

2. If User are using Chrome. Please follow below steps for keep your cookies ON. This will enable keep browser data always ON.

Turn cookies on or off
OR

3.  Check Locked by system option in counting journal. Disable the lock and give it to try again. 


4. Try to clear browser history sometime it makes trouble in using system

5. Try to un-Install and install the browser again.

6. Nothing above solution worked so asked user to give username and password.

Login into his account cleared usage data from his account.  There is hidden personalization in his session. Not cleared in system admin access.


First advice user to clear usage on his own and personalization’s


Following are the steps required to reset usage data.

1- Open Chrome/IE browser.

2-  Click on setting in right most corner and select User options.

3- Click on Usage data button.


4-  Click on Reset button available in bottom. It will clear the usage data of specific or currently login user.

That's it and your usage data will be reset :)

OR

7. Clear from System Admin Personalization

Step 1: Navigate to System Administration à Setup à Personalization



Step 2 : Go to Manage per user àChoose the user in Dropdown à Press Clear
This will clear user personalization
