Request: User wants to change phone number which is already given in Second Stage Authentication in multi-factor authentication for Dynamics 365 FO.

Solution:
Step 1: Go to D365
Admin Center à
Users à Active
Users à Select
a User
Step 2: Click
on Manage Multi factor authentication
Step 3: Select
a User à Click
on Manage user settings
Step 4: Select Require selected users to provide contact methods again -->Save
Step 5: Advice user to logout and Login again.
